Exported to the United States in 1932 by Arthur Yates & Co. of Sydney. Dense sugary flesh holds its flavor for a remarkably long time. Late maturity, long postharvest storage life. 110-120 days.

Sow seeds outdoors in 12" diameter hills after danger of frost has passed. Hills should be spaced 6' apart in all directions. Can also be started indoors 3 weeks before transplanting out.
